Delete your TAVEXA MINI account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time. Points cannot be recovered afterwards.
Option 1 — in the app (fastest)
- Open TAVEXA MINI and go to Profile → Settings.
- Choose Account → Delete account and confirm.
Option 2 — by e-mail
If you can’t open the app, send a request from the e-mail address of your account and we will delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile, e-mail, username, points and reward history, purchases, referral links, partner-task submissions, chat messages and blocks, push tokens, Telegram link, diagnostics and analytics tied to your account, and your sign-in record.
What we may keep
Minimal records we are legally required to keep — for example, records needed to handle fraud or legal claims — for the period the law requires. See also the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
